About Power Pulse
Bridging the gap between workers and opportunity
Our Story
The Problem
The Problem
Georgia's employers need skilled workers, but the workers who need training most have the least access to it. Untrained workers cycling through jobs. Employers spending $15,000+ per turnover event.
The Insight
The Insight
After placing thousands of workers across 27 employer partners in warehousing, 3PL, recycling, and hospitality through FNSG, we saw the same pattern — and knew we could break the cycle.
Power Pulse
Power Pulse
Power Pulse Training Center was born from a simple observation at First National Staffing Group: the workers Georgia's employers need most are often the ones with the least access to training. After placing thousands of workers across 27 employer partners in warehousing, 3PL, recycling, and hospitality, we saw the same pattern — untrained workers cycling through jobs, employers spending $15,000+ per turnover event, and entire communities missing out on economic opportunity. We founded Power Pulse to break that cycle. By delivering bilingual, sector-specific training directly connected to employer hiring pipelines, we ensure that every graduate has both the certification and the job waiting for them.
FNSG Alliance
FNSG Alliance
First National Staffing Group serves as Power Pulse's founding employer partner, providing direct access to 27+ active clients across Georgia. This partnership ensures that our training programs are built on real employer requirements — not theoretical curricula — and that graduates have a clear path to employment from day one.
